We Are the Creators of CNA Simulations.
We are a national healthcare simulation education company and the first to market with interactive and safe virtual clinical skills simulations for CNAs, HHAs, and family caregivers.
Now, we partner with schools and employers to prepare caregiving professionals for clinical excellence in the workplace. We do this by enhancing their clinical and critical thinking skills, boosting confidence, inspiring compassion, and building their capacity to deliver the highest quality clinical care.
All of us at Learn Care Together envision a future in which every caregiving professional, like nursing students, completes some or all of their clinical training through virtual clinical simulations.
As a grantee of the Caring4Cal Initiative, we are expanding access to our tailored CNA and HHA simulations and simulation debriefings to hundreds of students and caregiving professionals throughout California. We are honored to partner with the Southern Caregiver Resource Center (SCRC) and Bell Healthcare Training School (BHTS) to realize this vision!
A Note from Our Founder & CEO
Charlene Brown, MD, MPH
As a physician, I witnessed firsthand the challenges CNAs faced during the pandemic when nursing homes closed their doors to student rotations. This experience inspired me to create CNA Simulations, providing a research-based, virtual training platform to ensure CNAs can still develop the essential skills needed for licensure and quality care.
Our innovative simulations allow students to engage in realistic scenarios, building competencies through practice, reflection, and feedback. We're committed to transforming CNA education, ensuring our frontline workers are well-prepared, compassionate, and confident in their roles.
