ABOUT US
CNA Simulations is a heath ed-tech social enterprise offering a first-of-its-kind suite of interactive, web-based virtual clinical simulations tailored specifically to certified nursing assistant (CNA) education. We are reimagining how frontline workers in healthcare learn clinical skills, starting with CNAs.
CNAs are a critical workforce. They care for our nation's older adults, helping our loved ones age with grace. We are simulating the part of nursing assistant training in a nursing home; that's how students learn to deliver care to live patients. By enabling part or all of that clinical learning to occur virtually, we give teachers and students realistic clinical simulations they can engage in from anywhere.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re a small, mission-driven startup taking on the challenge of democratizing access to advanced learning tools for frontline workers. We want to partner with consultants excited by autonomy and willing to work on projects that help us achieve our social mission. It’s even better if you have a personal connection or a demonstrable interest in frontline workers in healthcare, education, or serving low-income populations.

NURSE EDUCATORS FOR CNAs & HHAs
Remote (only) consulting opportunities
Tech-savvy nurse educators with experience teaching CNAs, HHAs, or other direct care workers
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
Willingness to learn and use new technologies is a must
Family caregiving experience is a plus!
Full-time or part-time for 6 months or more. Full-time preferred.
